- 2 slices of cereals and seeds Caractère round loaf
- 30 g Caesar sauce
- 10 g Parmesan Reggiano shavings
- 10 g iceberg lettuce
- 40 g cooked chicken breast
- 5 g fried onions
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 15 g preserved tomatoes
- 90 g mayonnaise
- 150 g thick cream
- 40 g grated parmesan
- 90 g spreadable cream cheese
- 20 g capers
- 4 g pink garlic
Preparation steps
- Make the Caesar sauce by mixing all the ingredients together in a blender
- Cut 2 slices of cereals and seeds Caractère round loaf
- Spread 2/3 of the Caesar sauce over one of the bread slices
- Add the finely chopped salad, tomatoes and chicken
- Add the fried onions, preserved tomatoes and parmesan shavings
- Spread the rest of the sauce over the second slice of bread and close the sandwich
